Cavity units are the perfect way to separate two spaces in a compact way. Our complete series have soft close and open mechanisms as standard. These cavity units have a strong powder-coated aluminum track to ensure they look as good as new for years. All required mounting hardware, triple coated pine jambs and pelmets included.
For doors up-to 40kgs in weight. Maximum door thickness 40mm.
Suits 90mm studs only and plasterboard thickness of 10mm.

Opening Size Requirements
Cavity Doors are listed by size of door that they accomodate. To find the required opening size take the width of the door you want and double it then add 60mm.

When do I need to install cavity units?
Typically cavity units are installed before plasterboard is installed in your new home. This is to allow for installation of plasterboard on top of the cavity unit.

What is included?
All our cavity units include the cavity frame, track, fixers (screws), pelmets and wheels.
Door and DAR jamb sold separately.
