The Complete Plus Series Cavity unit is the most cost effective way to achieve a luxurious cavity door solution. These cavity units have soft close and open mechanisms as standard. This cavity series is reinforced with aluminium split jambs to strengthen the cavity frame. The Complete Plus also comes with quick-release plates.
Double walled powder-coated aluminium track. Triple coated primed pine jambs and pelmets.
Suits doors up-to 40kgs in weight. Maximum door thickness 40mm. Suits plasterboard thickness of 10mm.
Suits 90mm studs only.

Opening Size Requirements
Cavity Doors are listed by size of door that they accomodate. To find the required opening size take the width of the door you want and double it then add 60mm.

When do I need to install cavity units?
Typically cavity units are installed before plasterboard is installed in your new home. This is to allow for installation of plasterboard on top of the cavity unit.

What is included?
All our cavity units include the cavity frame, track, fixers (screws), pelmets and wheels.
Door and DAR jamb sold separately.
