Shipping & Delivery
What are your operating hours?
We are open 8:30am to 5pm on weekdays. On Saturday's we are open from 9am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays and all Public Holidays.
What types of doors do you offer?
We supply and install a wide range of doors, including entrance, internal, sliding, and bifold styles. Our selection also includes barn doors and cavity slider units. In addition, we offer a comprehensive range of timber doors and high-quality hardware such as handles, locks, and hinges.
Can I order custom sized doors?
We offer custom-sized doors; however, availability depends on the specific door design.
What material are your doors made of?
We use a variety of materials in our doors, including engineered timber, MDF infill, and solid timber joinery. To learn more about a specific door, check its product page or speak with us in-store.
Do your doors come with a warranty?
All our doors come with a manufacturer's warranty, see in store for details.
Will someone help me load my doors if I pick them up?
Yes, we will gladly help you load your doors into your vehicle.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees usually range from $20 to $100. For local areas or large orders, we may offer free delivery depending on your location and order size.
